We each have our own tasks/duties.Partner 1: Is responsible for creating mailing lists / compiling Data / creating banner ad page / technical side of things / newbie to wholesalingPartner 2: Returning calls , Checking out Properties, Has buyer/Investor connections / Extensive wholesaling experienceMyself: Manager / My job is to hold both of my partners accountable and ensure they are sending out mailings on schedule / following up with potential leads / set up a cold call schedule.I am looking for advice on all aspects of my job as managing.

Not sure about the legal aspect, however, I see a slightly different model of managing reservations and cleaning personnel. - Find a person, who lives nearby, willing to come an clean the apartment on demand for a fee.- Set up a lockbox to allow guests to check-in at any time (early/late arrivals are quite common, I'm sure you are aware of it)- Hire a virtual assistant, who can help you professionally manage all the incoming requests, reservations, and overall communication with guests.Feel free to reach out to me or visit our page (revolvio.com) if you need any help with VA and Airbnb management.

There is usually a strategic reason to foreclose Judicially (You want deficiency if non judicial is no deficiency, or if you have to (want to) foreclose in rem, as an example).

At this stage we've already seen Amazon add in physical shutters or microphone cutoffs into all their shipping products and Apple's made "differential privacy" and on-device processing of data a strategic initiative to remove the ability of linking specific requests to a specific person.

Inputting new systems/procedures for operations - We have certainly input new systems/procedures and have re-strategized due to Covid-19.For the new goals for 2020.

The home has an attached apartment (2 bedroom and 1 bath) a garage and the actual home is 4 beds, 3 baths with some big Family rooms and other space that could be transformed strategically to attract students or make the home more appealing/rent for more. 

My most worrisome part coming into this is the money aspect.
