Hi, I am loooking for suggestions for finding hard money lenders in Arkansas or surrounding areas.

A good PM will keep you out of trouble and typically make you more money than they will cost you.

On $400k rent is a little higher than that, but it’s going to be hard to make the numbers work if you spend that much, I would stick to the stuff that’s between $300-350k, that’s where the best price to rent ratio is.
