All it takes is for an angry son or daughter to say "you took advantage of mentally ill mom" and you could find yourself struggling to prevent your deal from being invalidated.

Hopefully there will be a day that I wont have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to go to work or have to tell my 9 year old son "I'm sorry baby, Mommy cant go volunteer for your field trip cause if I miss work I will lose my job"So here I am,with big ambitions and an even bigger drive to make this work.

A planting of bushes and trees and a call to the city fixed that.The City ticketed them for not having all 4 wheels of their vehicle(s) on paved surfaces.

A few of them I would trust babysitting my 4-month-old son, but not a single one of them will start a contracting job on one of my projects without a contract.It has nothing to do with trust...it's just good business sense.

well the basement floor in this house is dirt,so i`m not sure if that counts as being unfinished or not,but I think public record excludes the basement,that`s why it`s only 1776 sq.ft. instead of 2700.
