Hopefully there will be a day that I wont have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to go to work or have to tell my 9 year old son "I'm sorry baby, Mommy cant go volunteer for your field trip cause if I miss work I will lose my job"So here I am,with big ambitions and an even bigger drive to make this work.

well the basement floor in this house is dirt,so i`m not sure if that counts as being unfinished or not,but I think public record excludes the basement,that`s why it`s only 1776 sq.ft. instead of 2700.
