Using the numbers in your OP…$800 per month cashflow x 12 months = $9600 cashflow per year$9600 annual cashflow / $270,000 equity = 3.55% return on equityThat is a pretty low number and my sense is that if you are a smart real estate investor, you can probably do better by selling and reinvesting that money into another property.
