As the mortgage financing industry is constantly changing and so are certain requirements, can anyone share what the lowest down payment percentage they needed for an investment property was?

You do not need to share your Wholesale fees or Rehabbing profits with your Broker.  

I was wondering if any more experienced members would be willing to share their stories about flips gone wrong, mistakes a beginner might make during the rehab, and stories about problems they have overcome to reach success? 

I receive several leads daily and I can't get to them all so I'm looking to share my leads with the best possible offer.Thanks,Priscilla
