The reason I need to search low down payment options is I have minimal to put down but my wife and I have 720-740 credits scores so assuming the property shouldn’t be to hard I’ve read that she could carry the note for the spread from mortgage payoff to sale agreement?

What I haven't figured out how to do is get it to return a search query to give me an easy list to look at of what days I've visited them which I think would be immensely helpful.

I officially started my ground search (not online, walking through the areas) for MF properties this past weekend and found so many buildings with "For Sale By Owner" that are nowhere to be found online.   

What websites did you find useful in conducting your own title search ?

I bought my first home April of last year, and I'm beginning my search for my next investment property.Seems like the inventory is still low around here, but the prices have leveled out a bit no?

If you don't have an insurance agent i would google Trusted Choice and search by zip code for a local independent agent.
