we do quite well with it in many states we deal in.. but you have to be careful lots of people bidding way to high.. we have our amounts we will go and we don't get sucked into get there itis.. or get a deal itis. our other major source of properties is court house steps again keeps the wholesalers at bay as you need cashiers checks to bid and you have to close in the name you bid in.. wholesalers have a niche and again for the low value assets in much of he country the real estate industry does not serve those or serve them well.. which leads to this legion of people that can come in unlicensed and move this stuff and make their assignment fee's .I mean I see it on the huds.. it will say referral fee or marketing fee.. anyone of those huds turned into the DRE in almost any state will nail them.

Aloha,With an injury potentially involved, the PM should preserve the evidence...either the entire range (at least a photo of it in place, as is), or at minimum the coil, drip pan, and female connection block.

You could also go after one of the online portals that their compliance allows them to advertise to the general public.The tone of your post seems like you would be inclined to chase returns when in fact you should be seeking safety and preservation of your capital.
