Lots of the known companies such as CHUBB, Cincinnati and others are using their E&S companies that aren’t regulated but the state to offer coverages where they can.  

The title company that did the closing, had a bunch of recordings that day and unwittingly had the county record the HELOC first, and seconds later time/date stamped the senior.

I rented an apartment and the property management company added 6 k in move out charges to repaint the entire interior of the home due to minor marks (didnt give back 4 k security deposit and charged 2 k on top).

Other companies you could consider as well are: A-1 Concrete/Leveling and/or you can also give Elite Remediations a call and talk to Lamine Boye.

The studies being released show how different industries appear to be increasing their profits with hidden or bogus fees that can harm consumers and companies that have honest business practices. 

We have 18 fortune 500 companies in the metro and the number 1 largest private company in the United States. 

If I were you, I would definitely switch to a company who can at least keep you in the loop.
