Not because the online platforms are bad, but because they give you a better long term understanding of your business and can struture your filings today.  

When we met with a potential real estate agent, he said he mostly does reno and flips with his dedicated team of lawyers, mortgage brokers and contractors.

My lender is just allowing me the privilege, of using their platform to say I have thefunds in the double closing.

I've read mostly positive reviews online but has anyone here used that platform? 

Hey @Spencer Lindquester, I see a few property management platforms suggested.

I believe the platform manages all of the concierge services.I'll look into it a bit more but wanted to see if anyone here had any insight or properties on the site.

@Brad E.I probably wouldn’t do this through up work or fiverr but you absolutely can outsource it to a dedicated bookkeeper VA.
