Very expensive markets have the problem that when they get too expensive, they price people out of the market so they move. 

I've never had a listing anywhere near this price range but I would begin to research the kind of people my buyer's would be, what kind of jobs they would have, where I could meet and find them.Secondly, I would get professional photography of the property and expose the home on social media and pay for ads on instagram, facebook and anywhere else it would make sense to.

Me, my partner, and our CTO are building a platform that utilizes AI for all people to sell and buy homes.

So I was a bit nervous going into rooms with people who live and breathe multi family.I went partially for my own knowledge, and to see Scott speak, but also because BiggerPockets has officially launched our new platform, PassivePockets, this week.

Should I buy them under my business name LLC or just under my name?

People are turning to their credit cards to buy food.

Prices have gone up a lot here, and so buying to rent is becoming non-viable.
