Hi everyone I am in the process of putting together a marketing package for a 10 pack of properties here in Milwaukee, WI.I am wondering if anyone has a template or can recommend a software that will allow me to enter in addresses, pictures, property info and the key numbers and will generate a nice marketing package?

I'll add that you can implement some tools like a Resident Benefit Package that contains credit reporting to all three bureaus OR if you use one of the solid property management software solutions out there Experian's RentBureau may be able to automatically read payment data from your PMS.
