Wholesale Marketing Package

Hi everyone

I am in the process of putting together a marketing package for a 10 pack of properties here in Milwaukee, WI.

I am wondering if anyone has a template or can recommend a software that will allow me to enter in addresses, pictures, property info and the key numbers and will generate a nice marketing package?

I dont mind having to manually enter everything as long as the template is professional looking.

I have received offers from other wholesalers where it looked like it was generated automatically. I also need it to accommodate 10 properties.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am coming up against hard deadlines soon!
