I buy solid, high quality / low maintenance properties, in great, blue collar neighborhoods. 

added almost 50% more living space (finished the basement) as well as a 2nd bathroom, drywall repair and all new paint, new high quality flooring through out.

Now what governments are trying to avoid is if the health care system in a country gets overwhelmed with many more people who’ve contracted the virus at once, the quality of care is spread thin thus fatality rate percentages could possibly* increase amongst a greater populations at risk, and shortage of medical supplies could play its own role (if that were to happen)- this would be a pandemic situation if no attempts to control the virus are in place and if it escalated quickly (which could happen with any virus).Economic affects: well that’s debatable but clearly statistics already show impacts.

Anyways, my official question is: What are people using to get decent quality materials and appliance packages.

What area, what quality, what level of finishes, etc?

Maybe not, but you may find yourself with lower tenant quality because the better tenants are renting elsewhere.

My business partner and I have been looking to access a quality contractor, but we do not have a ready made checklist to reduce the risk?

Quality support staff can be a hard thing to find for this profession.
