Opinion and tips are great but they are based on what normally worked for that investor, and that is great, because you can learn a lot, but not in an organized way like a course.

My only concern is the renter tripping GFCI's and calling every time - I guess it is easy enough to just tell them to reset.I am handy enough to do the GFCI replacements - when I was a teenager, I volunteered on projects thru my religious organization in the electrical department.

I believe that we will see a very large decrease in the number of real estate agents – possibly from two million to 500,000.The real estate agents of today and in the future though still will need to guide buyers through the closing process, providing expert advice and helping keep things on track and organized.

I've never heard of a governmental organization that is willing to cut off a source of revenue once it's in place.  

@Yaric Mifedov Given what you say your goals are, very focused around getting training and reaching 6 figures first year, you'll want to surround yourself with an organization that supports this, however all brokerages will say they offer training.

Wanna chat and meet other like-minded people.This will be for anyone just starting out or have been doing it for a couple years.Please reply and we can organize it when there are 5 people or more :)

They also arranged to hire someone to mow for an elderly couple where the husband was recovering from a heart attack; they organized volunteers and used funds to buy paint for the exterior trim of a couple out of work. 

My biggest flaws are staying organized, so right now I made a bunch of folders on my laptop to save certain documents and information that I can always fall back on when I have a question or I need to locate something very easily.
