@Peter Tverdov I hear about “Say Rhino” on the Remote Real Estate investor podcast today and found it interesting.

I know 2 of them personally.I've also been looking for meet ups around real estate investing here in Michigan and also noticed a lack of networking opportunities as well.

I think when people talk about putting title of a real estate to an entity like LLC or C Corp etc, they may not realize that it is important to point out that this strategy works only when you own the property "free and clear".

Any homeowner offered these types of programs associated with allowing homeowners to upgrade their homes with solar or any type of energy conversation improvements with no money down should proceed with caution.  

The seller can't cover these repairs before closing but has offered to credit the repair costs at closing instead.

Real Estate is a very litigious industry especially when dealling with tenants.
