Can anyone offer advice on whether it’s worth making the move to a large city in the Midwest or a smaller town in the state you live in?

Found a property I like to make an offer on.

I'd use USPS Bulk Mail Services - they offer lower rates than first-class mail for sending large volumes.

I would provide checkout instruction and checklist, offer a pre-move out inspection, and expect them out on the day that they indicated.  

Just to share a few details: Located in NY (not NYC), $3M raise, 506-C offering for accredited investors.

I've been here for decades, had pride in what I offered.

They were able to offer a 1st position loan based off the property and income, and the seller was allowed to offer financing, but in a 2nd position.  

Why not purchase several because each property can pay for itself and I am seeing all of these lenders flooding my Facebook now that I have googled some loan options- and so many offer 100% financing... what am I missing here?

I'm just offering some thoughts, and would love to hear anyone's responses
