My understanding so far is that no matter what I can’t STR my jadu or adu for less than 30 days. 

Under no circumstances would I let them stay.

This is a question for everyone:When looking to work with someone in real estate, no matter the subject (agent, contractor, PM, etc), does age matter to you?

No one else wants to do these.

There are many strategies to investing in real estate, and I won't say any one is better than another, but I think you get what you pay for and no one wakes up in the morning wanting to be a slumlord.
