Since we live in the SpaceCoast, my husband has an explanation that is fitting: like a launch sitting on the pad, there is a lot of shaking going on, smoke is pouring out, and for some time the rocket just sits there.

Rents where higher so that was nice, but I ended up going a different route.If you're trying to start something new, I believe a lot of HOA have rules against home business....It's newly built commercial / store front condo, part of a big shopping area.

You can buy with equity if you buy " desistimientos" which are properties that had fell behind on.thenprocess due to buyers inability to continue the buying process ..at this point you buy a quicker to deliver property which due to the passing of time ( 1 year plus ) has alredy earned in valuation compared to newly deployed projects...

I think adding a bathroom and any other updating (such as to the kitchen or changing from carpets to plank flooring) would make the unit much more competitive so at least, if price appropriately, the newly renovated rental will not stay on the market too long.
