Your kitchen could cost $4000-5000 or $10-12,000 depending on the finishes and what is expected.The first one is tough to nail down, but I would be Leary on trusting a website describing what the renovations will cost, as that person will throw out the smallest number to gain interest.

If you're referring to the pipe by the screens, that looks like a rough-in for toilet and the 2" coming from the 2x6 wall with the black cap on it appears to be a rough-in for a vanity/lav.
