New law says you can't make zoning exclusively SFR on a tax lot and allow 4 per (within zoning lines).I think throwing 4 together as VRBSOs might be pushing it since you're going to need a great location and those are expensive and I'm not sure lenders are crazy about seasonal housing.

With the property address (and a Plat of Survey) I can give you more clarity as to your specific situation; however, at this point I have a feeling you are going to need to get a building permit in order to actually permit the work to be done to add the basement unit.If the Unit is already built out (recently or has been for years) the City will likely Still require you to obtain a building permit in order to "Legalize" the unit to where you could get the Zoning Cert to show 4 units...

They claim I believe to not to need to do normal best practices because they have special ins in AIRBNB to suppress reviews and get preferential treatment when it comes to charges to their guests.I also have not seen verification of the 90 million cash they supposedly got as mentioned in post above.
