Before I move on a purchase I will for sure be visiting the property.  

I really like the idea of house hacking, but my wife is not willing to move out of our single family home to move into a property with other people.

Joe, it looks like you're in Detroit.Lucky for you you're in what I firmly believe is the most unique and interesting market in the country today.Detroit is going through a huge revitalization, most folks don't understand it yet, and properties are still cheap as a result.Start doing your research on the city and making some moves in the city.

There are others in the forums that can comment on the market, I know property got significantly more expensive during covid and not sure if its moved from its peak.

Lots of moving parts, I like the deals but am more leery that my past purchases.. 

There are a few mentions of it on Bigger pocket forums, but I'm still not getting the whole picture.I found a comprehensive course by William Tingle for $297, but I'm leary about paying much for courses anymore since I've fallen into the trap of paying thousands of dollars on courses, seminars, boot camps, coaching, and mentoring.Does anyone know if this course contains quality information and resources on this subject?

I have also explored Puerto Rico as many crypto companies and young millionaires are moving there.

  :)Now, as I move forward, I'm shifting to option 2 for sure, or balancing my portfolio with more of these types of plays.
