If you buy a property 25% below it's true value, you're stealing equity from some little old lady, so again you are predatory.

hello im bill    yes im a newby   i have found a place that is in preclosure   and the lady who owns it has no money to speak of.  

Just spoke with a lady in Gallipolis, Ohio who is moving to England.

The tax office lady knew him by name and said "he doesn't like to put the titles in ya'll's names.

My opinion is that there is no question stainless updates the place and makes people pay more because they think it's more modern and new.
