I can't say I miss living in a construction site! 

However, I have 0 inventory in their location, but I do not want to miss out on opportunities.

Not sure if you missed the member that pointed out that you don't have to pay capital gains on the profit if you lived in the house for 2 yrs of those last 3 years you have owned it. 

The property has been on the market for more than a month, but with barely any showing, I know the price is the main factor in people not coming to take a look but I am trying to figure out what's the right price for the proprty and if there is something in the ad that I am missing.
