I’ve been in Law Enforcement for 15 years and I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that helps Law Enforcements/First Responders with loans like there is with the Military?

I love real estate and houses, and even finished the CA licensing program, but backed out when it was time to test.

I’ll probably finish my bachelor’s one day to have something else in my toolbox if needed, but the opportunity cost is too great for now.I found a free 20 week vocational program to start a career as an electrician while trying to get into the local electrical union.

@David ChanIt could be an issue with the Zip program you're using.

I believe you can pay I think $25 each meeting to attend or they have yearly memberships with I think it's a great investment for all the education and relationships you can build by attending. 

There are plenty of other programs as well, but that is who I am most familiar with.

I might be able to get by on government programs.

Is there in any programs like this in Kentucky to help me help others?

I’ve done a little additional research and learned that FHA has a program to reduce the principal owed on a mortgage.

Once they have this information, they can discuss the options that they have for you - FHA, Conventional with 20%+, conventional with less than 20%, grants, etc.The main things you'll want to know are:- What loan programs do you offer?
