Great job and population growth, very low crime rate, super low property taxes, very land lord friendly and the list just goes on!

I would just avoid people who complain about their job, life, and other stuff online all the time (like me, lol). 

STRs are popular in this city as they create significant amounts of jobs and revenue.I am shocked that this model is not more popular around the country.

@Eric Lunsford  Generally the interest income from private lending is taxed at the ordinary income tax rate, just like earned income from a job or interest on a bank savings account is taxed.

You need to get a second opinion on your tax return.And, I highly suggest hiring an REI-savvy bookkeeping firm to keep your bookkeeping records up-to-date and accurate.

Hey Angelo, I would suggest reaching out to some investor friendly lenders to see what loan options you have available for your current situation.

Unless you hire a PM who's charging you 20 to 25% and most likely not doing their job to deserve that money.

As long as appreciation and pricing pushes investors out of Boston to other tenant heavy areas that have job growth or easy access to highways/transport it will likely continue to improve.Very similar to the growth/improvement of Worcester from what Worcester looked like ~10+ years ago.

Problem is i never told him to do the job.
