They also do get recorded in the land title records.While the Seller might want to just use the bar's form or a form that they find on the internet, you might benefit from having an attorney look at it. 

I am very much against taking high cost classes from "gurus", but in this case, is there some training out there that cuts out the BS and would be very beneficial to invest in?

Anecdotally, most companies don’t have the infrastructure or the desire to allow people to continue working remotely indefinitely for a multitude of reasons (i.e. training new employees, collaborative team efforts on new initiatives, company culture, supervision, etc.).

Train is available always but also takes 2.5 hours and good luck getting around anywhere but Manhattan on Public transport.My plan is to buy a few more in the Hudson Valley and then eventually migrate down towards NYC to buy a larger multi family.

I've done a great deal in research on the ins and outs of Sec. 8 but the internet and books can only teach so much.

This happens when your actual visitors differ from the "average" Internet visitors.
