Like I said though, most come in about half that (windows are usually already upgraded), so use $5k to negotiate and even if you get a 50% concession you could still potentially get it all paid for by the seller.I can run any addresses through the database for you and see if they've been inspected or deleaded.

On top of changing rules regularly, and threatening fines for rules that were changed the next week, they never did the initial inspection with the builder.

Robin, contact the City of Syracuse Codes office and request an inspection for the certificate of occupancy and let the building fail and then request the city place a condemned or similar notice.

You can get a pretty nice duplex in either one, you just have to be very quick, because you are not the only one who sees the benefits in house hacking lolFHA is not a great loan option at the moment, because we are in such a competitive market and FHA inspections are not popular with sellers.
