Hello Michael,Maybe you can do something creative like holding half of his rent payment every month.This way he will have the down payment in 3, 6 or 12 months or whatever.

Only option would be to move the entire system to the attic which would cost thousands...I'm looking for creative ideas that will take the buyers eyes away from looking straight up at drop ceiling tiles as soon as they walk in to the basement.

Search for KEYWORDS: Subject to, Foreclosure, Pre-auction sales, creative finance, etc you will find several ways to raise the necessary funds to buy it for yourself at a good price that lets you control and cash flow.

That being said you can make a front yard look great without grass you just need to be creative.
