Horrible results, might even be worse than TK-  thats debateable.

Once pandora's box is opened its hard to close - once a generation of renters feel entitled not to pay it sets a horrible precedent for government dependence.

Some landlords are horrible and paint a bad picture as well and since people don't scream from the rooftops they have the #1 landlord who is the fairest, best priced, and an all around great person, these bad ones are the landlords that get highlighted. 

They are either expensive and horrible at their job or they are just expensive.
