Overall, using BiggerPockets can be a valuable resource for rookie investors looking to gain knowledge and build their network in the world of real estate investing. It helped me make my first purchase in 2021 in Florida when I was deployed in Afghanistan and FYI, I never saw the property, my real estate agent burned me, my real estate agent gave me horrible references, and I still came out on top because of BP. I'm a US veteran and couldn't be happier.
