Depending on the codes you may have to install tie downs (that might be included in your set up fee from the mover). 

I was going to put 5 percent down of 285000 and flip and resale it for 350000 in 3 months.  

We put down 20% and have a 30 year fixed rate loan for the balance.

This is a crazy thought, but that's mostly what pops into my head ...

So then began the journey....Sold our existing home in a week around the beginning of January 2024, used some of the equity for debts, but other for a down payment on this land.Created an LLC to hopefully gain more business from this build.  

I purchased the property with 5% down at 225k and it appraised at 240k.

You can acquire one with as little as 5% down now with a Fannie Mae conventional loan ( and maybe even add in dollars to update).

I also like leather for the wear and tear being able to wipe them down.

One of his guests falls down the steps and sues because there was no handrail.

I moved everything to this bank a few years ago and they really let me down.
