According to http://economistsoutlook.blogs.realtor.org/2015/12/16/how-many-houses-are-vacant-at-your-zip-code/, vacancy rate for C/D class zip code 40211 is 20%+, A/B class 40205 is 5%.

Read @Mike Weese book, liked it a lot.Read more than 300 other real estate books, most not that good.I would like the best book written on using your solo 401K to buy real estate, if that book exists, if it doesn't then I will be forced to do all the research and write it myself.I'd like to read a book about somebody who is succeeding now doing some aspect of real estate.Any suggestions?

I haven't had it come up with a prospective tenant yet, but I personally have had collections put on my credit report twice that were totally unfounded and erroneous.In one of them, the bank forced me to pay the $100 amount in order for me to close on my house.

not super interested in equity appreciation, since I'm not really planning to sell.Then I sorted by the price-to-rent, and got this for the Top 10:     Aloha Nick,  I understand why some people are forced to buy away from the SF Bay Area because they have low paying jobs but I thought engineers made good money. 
Michael Conway Estoppel Certificate does not match lease terms, priority?

Additionally, item (2) in the estoppel states that the existing lease is maintained in full force, and the tenant write "N/A" to any modification, exceptions, etc...Its my understanding I'm required to uphold the lease terms.Any advise is helpful!

And, even though more space between lines is supposed to make materials easier to read, that applies more appropriately to printed materials than online content, because it forces too much scrolling and moving around, which interrupts reading flow and comprehension.
