Just read @Brandon Turner's new book in afternoon in Central Park West, very interesting and well written.

Read both @J. Scott's books, very good.  Read @Mike Weese book, liked it a lot.

Read more than 300 other real estate books, most not that good.

I would like the best book written on using your solo 401K to buy real estate, if that book exists, if it doesn't then I will be forced to do all the research and write it myself.

I'd like to read a book about somebody who is succeeding now doing some aspect of real estate.

Any suggestions?

any book with Beginner in the title

any book written by a guru as a commercial to sell some other product like a boot camp or mentoring

any book written by a pretender

any book that is pure motivation without any substance

any Idiots or Dummies guide

any book written about real estate outside of the USA

any book that is 28 pages or less that will answer all my questions

any book written by the winner on the Voice, American Idol, Survivor, Great Race or Apprentice

any book written by a child star or a soap opera actor

any book based on unproven theory

any book written by somebody who never bought any real estate
