Add in an evolving market with stricter compliance, and well we had quite a fun adventure :)So i guess my answer is, I think we've done our best to tame all three with strengths mainly in capital.

When I graduated college  I launched rockets at Kennedy space center because it was exiting and fun but I also did real estate to gain financial freedom.
