Anyone on the forums ever invested in something similar? 

@Khader MohBP does not allow us to post services of any kind in the forums so I had to private message you.

We get beat out all the time by first time home buyers (not really applicable to this forum, but that's who our competition is).

Happy to finally be part of this forum after listening to countless BP podcasts. 

Because of that they will not see this.If you do not get any response from your NJ counterparts, I suggest posting in the public forum.

People on the forum mostly talk about short-term fixed rate loan for 5-7 yr with a 20-25 yr amortization.

I've been away from the forums for awhile (working on my own deals) but I would suggest Flynn, Max, Miller, Miller.
