There is a wealth of knowledge here and experienced investors represented. 

I ask because there are no reviews anywhere, and to pay thousands of dollars to blindly start classes, it seems like there should be a few reviews out there that are realistic, not just testimonials posted at their own websites.Any help here please?

If you have properties and/or suggestions about how I can review more deals in those areas, please feel free to pass my name along. 

Also, I'd recommend networking with experienced syndicators and learning about their experiences as well as asking them as to what are their interests in terms of the deals' finding.
