I am in the south Florida Market.I have a charge off on my credit that banks are not willing to work with me on a loan.I contacted the bank and tried to work a deal with them were I would pay it off in exchange of removal and they would not go for it. 

Can a seller, that owns a property outright, seller finance a property, and still get the tax benefit of a 1031 exchange?

If they are going to exchange it, then I would generally assume they are more willing to do so for something in return.
