Your RE agent should also be able to pull comps for you as well and you can take a look at the pics from when the properties where listed.You will also want to be evaluating these properties from the proper perspective.

I feel sorry for you but at the same token, some things do not add up in my mind.First, I assume you knew that the HOA had filed suit against the builder, and I assume you knew what progress was made in the suit.
