I have enjoyed reading the different threads here so far and look forward to meeting and networking with everyone in the upstate area.  

We put a lot of blood sweat and tears into them and want to enjoy the consistent rent we're currently receiving on them.

I think this relationship is becoming unhinged as the wealthiest are taking the lion's share of profits from Fed-driven inflation and government spending, with wage-earners and tenants enjoying a tiny and declining portion of the new economic activity.This poses a dilemma for the real estate industry.

I attended a BP meet-up in downtown Portland last year, I think, really enjoyed it.  

I'm a member there (not on the board, just a member) and have really enjoyed the content they deliver. 

My goal is to leverage my assets to build a portfolio of rental properties and other investments to generate monthly cash flow now and into retirement.I've really enjoyed BP so far as it's been a fantastic source of information and perspectives.
