I own some land near Joshua tree so I’m trying to see if I want to build a traditional home or a non traditional..  

My wife and I cut and burned trees and brush, and, using the skidsteer and borrowing a dump trailer, I demolished an old 800 sq ft home and dumped debris at landfill (also buried some on the property).

"Have mature fruit trees removed because they could potentially drop fruit and attract rats."

The plot is undeveloped and would need utility lines installed for each property, as well as clearing some trees and leveling some land.

Both of the properties are vacant and mainly consisting of trees and wooded area.

. (10 yr old tax deed -technically 7yrs) and structure is gone with very mature trees that I have to remove to build on it.

.  or a coaxial cable that’s been wired from the street to the housing unit and it’s laying on the grass and partially in the tree.

Not even a branch down at any of my properties, while others had trees on houses or were missing roofs.

Man @Shiloh Lundahl shaking the trees with this thread but I do agree.

plus i think it is probably bigger trees s it would take a while to grow back.
