Josue Castro if I am not mistaken from what I heard, worry about getting a deal first and then concern yourself with the contract....Then, my guess would be attend your local R.E.I club and see what lawyer they use or recommend and then Communicate if you can assign or double close depending the state

In the agreement includes clauses of timeline completion with penalties for late completion and the fact that they need to communicate when they will not have at least 2 crew members working on site working and it can create conflicts with other trades such as electricians, HWF , carpet install, etc.

Proper insulation is key to effective cooling and efficient use of electrical power.That said, a dedicated circuit for a microwave / range hood may be overkill, but could be viewed favorably by prospective buyers.You'll probably want GFCI breaker protection for the kitchen outlets, as well.You mentioned the house has oil heat.
