Any free wholesale contracts out there?

Does anyone have a Purchase and Sale Agreement and an Assignment Agreement I can use? I would go to an attorney to get them written but I don't have enough funds for that at the moment.

If it was written in California that would be best.

Or if it's just a basic one off a website that would work too.

Any help is appreciated.
