Credit scores are often determined by how many accounts you have open and how long they’ve been in effect.

He advised that they''d both need to be converted and the total cost would be 15K, which wouldn't make sense for me at the moment.Curious if others know of a more cost effective way to convert to split the heating system or if it's better to just build it into the rent rate.
