While you are at it be clear about what your goals and objectives are for doing MF in the first place-and no, I want to quit my day job is not good enough!

Hello BP Community,    I'm getting closer to leaving my day job to pursue Real Estate full time.

A few made it most dream about it but can not do it.

My advice would be to get a good paying job. 

I spent a decade working in construction before starting my current W2  job  3 years ago. 

I’d do it bc im hands on , do repairs myself, and my job is typically flexible except a few times a year.

Whenever clients contact us regarding jobs like this we know what needs to be done. 

People lost jobs as company after company closed its doors, and those job losses rippled throughout nearly every community in the country.

I still remember a woman that told me she doesn't work, she is on SSI,...and has 2 pit bulls and nobody wants to rent to her because of her lack of a job and the kind of pets she has..

I find that it’s a pretty thankless job overall.
