Great way to dive deeper with specific people. 

He mentioned needing work done on a rental house and as I dug a little deeper he is wanting to do some basic repairs and then sell the property.

The property is a 2bd/1bth 720sq ft single-family residence and the details in the listing say the roof is newer, the vinyl siding, and the foundation is "solid" which I'll verify all this if I decide to look deeper into this deal.

His program is about empowerment and making money.Of course, investing money was a topic of conversation but also, the value of an education and how to use it to your advantage as opposed to someone else’s.Additionally, what inspired me to go deeper into his training was the structure and format of creating and operating a successful real estate business and the support systems he has in place to encourage your success.

I'm intriqued and want to now dig deeper.  

I am just trying to figure out the best way to narrow down and target specific deals before "digging deeper" with additional analysis.Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Chris
