@Brian Mathews I looked at the region - I didnt have much time, so Its not as deep as if I was searching for my own, but I found a lot of low priced, 700-900 dollar rents in San Antonio, TX.

The issue is the car dealer lobby is powerful and has deep pockets so they've been able to get politicians to make ridiculous arguments against Tesla to protect the interests of the dealerships. 

And we have a house in Staten Island anyway, we had enough of the driving and the boredom that we moved back to our Co-op in Bensonhurst like 14 years ago, and even managed to rent out the house for just over breakeven cashflow to a friend who still lives there today and pays rent on time, house paid off now and we even upped the rent, lol...I'm looking in Sarasota, Florida, if your an agent that can work with me, and not be slow, or if/when you are busy at least let me know and not ignore me, then let me know...

I have heard about the local RICH club, but may look into something someone less formal for initial networking, as I am not yet in a position where membership fees wouldn't slow my startup progress.

That may slow me down some but investing in him now will pay me dividends later.
