My daughter has special needs and this has drastically increased my interest in secondary dwelling units, independent living options, and creating a stable source of income for her once I pass on.  

My problem is my daughter was born premuture with no insurance , and I have a 124,000 hospital bill .

She told me the school nearby would be awesome for her daughter, she loved the patio and I promised to put in a washer dryer hookup for her.

In all my flips, I have added bathrooms (I have 2 daughters).   

We have a daughter who is in her 3rd year at the University of Arkansas.  

My daughter had a softball tournament in Tiffin this past February.

At the end of the day if you buy the property with wiggle room you can walk away with a great property, and a great return.The cool part is this started as my five year old daughter drew a very interesting blue print of the house she wanted to build for the homeless...That started our interest, and we closed on this building March 16th, 2018 which just happens to be her B-Day!

I proceeded to close because my lawyer told me the day before the closing that the commission was not being handled in the closing disclosure and that was between the sellers broker and the sellers attorney who happened to be his daughter.

Ethical arguments aside, transferring title to his daughter will cause all kind of problems.  

My biggest priority is my wife, my future daughter, and their safety, so I could not argue with her on that.
