I am way too far from Poland to make this deal work, but from all the data I have, it has to be an equity packed cash flowing property suitable to hold in ones portfolio.What are your thoughts or suggestions?

Any suits directed at an investor cannot easily touch assets under the LLCs because they're protected under a different legal name.One possible disadvantage is the due on sale or transfer clause in most mortgages.
