So i quickly tossed in 8 properties that popped up in my custom MLS searches that im starting to program into the MLS for different areas.

One idea I was thinking about is getting to know some local funeral homes and inquiring with them if the have customers that might have a relative that has passed and has a house that the family wants to get rid of.

Then these notes were assigned, or re-assigned, or appointed servicers, and all the while actually becoming part of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities package deals. 

I would love to hear if this is a viable service.

I project manage now, which isn't necessarily easier or better, it's just more efficient with my time as I have other businesses that generate revenue, including new construction/custom remodels and a thriving real estate agency business.Contractors have always been the biggest challenge for me in the business. 

I am also a full time contractor working with my customer base in NYC and investors in NYC.

Commercial loans care about your net worth and if the property can service itself (DSCR).

I want to make sure paying less does not end up in lower grade service, in case of need.

Basements, woodworking, and other renovations/handyman services.

I am looking to get information about loan servicing.
