Total wannabe crap.

There are good ones to be found but you have to sort through alot of crap.

Some appraisers are crap, and some are great. 

Jetted the crap out of it(pun intended) and up and running for the last 4 years.

I've found the tenants that do this crap are literally hoping that you give them money.

They accept – CRAP!
